Data Processing Notice
Last updated: June 2026
This Data Processing Notice describes how RosLab.ai processes industrial and operational data generated during robotic deployments, in line with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Privacy Policy. It is intended for customers and their compliance teams.
01Scope and categories of data
Applies to telemetry, logs, motion trajectories, sensor and vision traces (where contractually permitted), fleet health metrics, intervention and incident logs, and aggregated KPIs generated by deployed robots and integration cells. Personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
02Purposes of processing
Operate and monitor deployed cells, support incident response and rollback, improve fine-tuned policies using anonymized patterns, benchmark deployment quality across similar use cases, and fulfil contractual reporting obligations.
03Anonymization pipeline
PII and facility identifiers are stripped at source. Trajectories, sensor traces, and vision frames are aggregated across similar use cases. Only statistical patterns enter the data flywheel — individual customer deployments cannot be reconstructed from the training corpus. Customers may opt out of flywheel contributions at any time.
04Security and sub-processors
Encrypted transport and storage, isolated per-customer namespaces, least-privilege access, comprehensive audit logging, and periodic penetration testing. Cloud hosting, model-training infrastructure, and observability providers operate under written DPAs with equivalent safeguards.
05International transfers and retention
Where transfers occur outside your jurisdiction, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply. Raw operational data is retained per the engagement contract (default 90 days) and then deleted or fully anonymized. Aggregated, anonymized patterns may be retained indefinitely for model quality.
06Customer controls and contact
You can request a signed DPA, restrict specific data categories, opt out of data-flywheel contributions, request export, or request deletion. For any data-processing request, contact our DPO — we acknowledge requests within 5 business days.
