This Privacy Policy explains how RosLab.ai collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit our site, send a project brief, or otherwise interact with our matching platform and engineering services.
01Information we collect
Account and contact details you provide (name, work email, company, role), the briefs and use-case descriptions you submit, files you upload, and technical telemetry such as IP address, browser type, and session events used to operate and secure the platform.
02How we use information
To match your brief to the right robot platform and design the deployment, respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it to train third-party models.
03Sharing and sub-processors
Briefs and contact details are handled by the RosLab deployment team, and with infrastructure sub-processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling) acting under written data-processing agreements. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
04Legal basis, retention and transfers
We process personal data under contract performance (matching, quotes), legitimate interests (service improvement, security), consent (optional communications), and legal obligations. Personal data is retained only as long as needed for those purposes; inactive briefs are deleted or anonymized after 24 months. Cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable.
05Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time. EU/UK/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any right — we respond within 30 days.
06Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, isolated per-customer namespaces, audit logging, secret management, and periodic security reviews. We notify affected customers without undue delay in the event of a confirmed personal-data breach.
